Since 1995, the Cometex Textile Industry has designed and produced technical and industrial fabrics in Ciriè, in the heart of Piedmont. We work with companies from different sectors, developing solutions for air filtration, technical and sports footwear, nautical, flags, coating and much more.We work cotton, polyester, high tenacity polyamide and Cordura® fabrics. For specific applications, we also produce antistatic articles by inserting stainless steel wires into the warp and weft.

Yes, we produce antistatic fabrics by inserting stainless steel threads into the warp and weft. This technology provides the surface conductivity needed for ATEX environments and protective workwear.
Our fabrics are designed to meet European reference regulations, including EN 1149 for antistatic properties and ISO 11612 for heat protection. We provide complete data sheets for each item.
